Introducing Richard Moody

 

Richard was raised on the Southside of Chicago here is where he found his love for carpentry and then real estate (Wealth). In high school, Richard was a four year starter in H.S and as he transitioned into college he majored in accounting.  Richard's basketball dreams was cut short due to injuries but that didn't stop his love for sports. He graduated with his MBA in 2013 with a focus on Business Consulting and Financial Accounting.  ​

In 2007, he took and passed his real estate exam but then the market crashed and he was forced into finance. But Richard always had a vision of showing others how to become both mentally and financially free through real estate investing. Having held prominent roles with major large corporation such Chase, Fifth Third and more recently Merrill Lynch, Richard set his goals on showing his community how to create wealth. 

 

Richard has always demonstrated a high level of integrity, now looking to make a reputation in the Real Estate world. 

 

When asked what pushes Richard, he used the adjectives such as: growth, focused and ambition.

 

Richard once stated “I’ve always had a drive to be great, to obtain more and be better. Every time I get close to achieving a goal, I always try to find a way to exceed those goals. I’m a firm believer in my vision and visions are manifested through hard work and execution.
